EVERLASTING CRYSTAL ASH MEMORIALS

We receive orders for our ash memorials at our gallery in Saint John during business hours, 10:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Saturday. If you can not make it into either gallery, we can take orders over the phone or through email. We will send you an electronic invoice, and make arrangements to receive the ash.

When you place your Crystal Ash Memorial order, we'll ask for your name, contact information, and the name(s) attributed to each memorial. You may select a design from our order form, and specify certain colour(s) you would like incorporated into the memorial, or you can select from one of our signature Glass Roots colour mixes.

We use approximately one teaspoon of cremation ash in each memorial. Any remaining ashes will be returned with the finished memorial.

We cannot use more than one teaspoon of ash in each memorial or it may compromise the integrity of the crystal. If you are in need of a beautiful vessel for cremation ashes, inquire about our custom glass urns. 

All of our memorials are hand-formed from hot crystal to avoid the risk of breaking associated with blown glass. Out of respect for your loved one we do not want to risk incorporating cremation ash in a fragile vessel that might not turn out as expected.

You can expect a 4-6 week turnaround time for your memorial to be completed, but typically we process memorial orders in 1-3 weeks.

When added to hot crystal, the ash becomes completely white in appearance, enhanced by the crystal that encases it.

You have the option to incorporate dicrohric crystal in each memorial for an additional 30%. Dichroic crystal refracts light and appears to sparkle when light passes over it.

Mount your memorial on a marble base for an additional 25%. Our local base supplier can engrave a name and/or personalized message into the marble for an additional cost. 

Yes, all of our memorials are subject to applicable provincial HST not included in the catalogue price. Memorials shipped outside of Canada are not subject to HST.

You may send us a small amount of ash in a well sealed envelope or container. Upon completion we can ship your memorial to you. Shipping and handling fees apply; we receive preferred shipping rates from private couriers. We take every precaution packing crystal for shipping, but due to the sentimental value of memorials it is impossible to insure these items.
