Refund Policy:
Please reach us at glassrootsnb@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Keep long hair tied back. Do not wear loose fitting clothing or jewellery that hang off the body. Wear cotton or natural fibre clothing. Do not wear open-toed or open-heeled footwear in the glass studio. We recommend bringing sunglasses for beginners, as it helps your eyes to adjust to the glass level inside the furnace.
We invite children to watch glassblowing from behind our visitor railing at our workshop anytime we're working, however our private glassblowing experience is designed for ages 16+
There are no known risks that we know of, please use your own judgement. Charlotte has blown glass while pregnant with no ill side effects. We recommend everyone eats a meal and is well hydrated before coming to the studio.
Yes, we charge 1/2 the cost of the class for each additional particiapnt.
We have hosted several team-building workshops. Contact us to discuss your group workshop.
We don't deviate from the outline because the succession you make the items is designed to teach you the necessary skills to advance to the blown drinking glass. After learning a foundation some students have returned for a second or third lesson, to expand upon what they have already learned.
Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds, our policy is rain-cheque and store credit only.
